On Thanksgiving, a lot of people go visit relatives far away, some stay home, others go on vacations. But do we really remember the first Thanksgiving, what its really about? Thanksgiving isn't called, "Foodgiving," or "Giftgiving," or "Selfish giving" its Thanksgiving. Thanksgiving was the pilgrims and the indians giving thanks for what they had. Family, friends, food, life, and a new place to live. Even though a lot of people died, and they didn't have much, they chose to be thankful for what they did have. Isn't that the example we all should have? Being greatful for what we have? God had given us a lot, food, family, a place to live, a free country, I think we should be thinking about God's love and what we do have in Him.

                               Wonderful Ministries That Help Children
Operation Christmas Child-
Fill an empty child's heart with the joy of Christmas! Simply take an empty shoebox, and fill with candies, personal products, toys, stuffed animals, lip gloss, and other things children need, and these presents and the gospel message will be given to children who need it most.(Samaritan's Purse official website)

Angel Tree (Prison Fellowship)
For those children who's parents are in jail, the holidays are lonely, sad times. Angel Tree takes donations of gifts to give to the children to find on Christmas morning, from their Moms and Dads saying how much they love them and miss them. What a great present to show God's love other than a gift from Mom and Dad on Christmas morning stating, "I love you?" (Angel Tree)

Toys For Tots(U.S Marine Corps)
Donate new toys for children in your community! With lots of drop-off locations all over the US, there is a way for you to give toys to needy children this Christmas. http://ToysForTots.org

When people get bullied, it makes them feel worthless, and horrible. Bullying is a form of venting steam. Most bullies come from homes where they are treated awfully, or not recieving enough love. To deal with a bully, you need adult help. Most children think that if they tell, things will be worse. The opposite is true. Reach out for help.

***Facts About Bullies***
>Bullies make themselves feel better by making others feel smaller
